First Class with Coach Feeling

OMG what a bad Airline. The two guys working as staff were nice and well behaved but this is no Business Class in an decent Airline. In fact this is a cattle wagon with luxury pricing. No space, no free wifi, plastic mugs for preflight drinks,and not even real champagne. Prosecco for a 1200 us one way flight? What kind of crooks run this pitiful airline? I paid for the flight with miles but even like this the value is a joke. I fly a lot within Asia and even economy on JAL beats this “First” Class American . Why they call Business First actually nobody knows. So bad.... I am already taking US Carriers out of my travels wherever possible . This is Cattle Class. Especially knowing they present their useless CEOs with huge Xmas Bonuses for doing nothing. I liked what they called Tiramisu but in reality was a cheesecake which was not bad. Apart from that sloppy food for hard dollars . A real scam. AA should not even be in Business anymore. A shame for any country, much more for the USA. Congratulations,you really are amongst the worst Airlines ever.
